Mario Lopez Wants To Pump You Up

Mario Lopez’s new fitness book was released yesterday, and the star had a book signing at a New York Barnes and Noble to kick off Knockout Fitness.

The actor is taking off the next couple weeks from his Broadway gig in A Chorus Line to promote his plan that includes all his secrets to building those beautiful biceps.

As a fitness merchandise freak myself, I decided to do little more research, and have picked out the good stuff from an excerpt online:

“Check this out: I’ve been training now for going on two decades! So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that my daily workouts, while a heck of a lot of fun, are fairly advanced and quite demanding. For many of you, those workouts would be impossible to ace right off the bat, and perhaps even unsafe, given their degree of difficulty. What we need to do is build you up to my level in a way that maximizes effectiveness, ensures safety–and guarantees that you have a blast in the process. Because if you’re not having fun, you’ll never stick with it. That’s Mario’s Rule of Fitness.”

More of Mario’s Ego (and my favorite quote) after the jump.
